Sales - Financial Wellness Tardus Money Coaches are sales professionals who sell financial wellness/education packages to individuals, employees and businesses. Many successful Money Coaches have been successful in insurance or financial services sales. We train our coaches to use the SPIN selling technique for closing sales and generating and qualifying leads. They enjoy helping people reach their full financial potential. There is no earnings limit as compensation is primarily commission based. Tardus Money Coaches get a base salary during training, a draw and generous commissions. No experience in the financial industry is necessary because we sell no financial services type products. However, sales experience and knowledge of finances is preferred.
