About the Opportunity: Your objective will be to help explain and enroll families for supplemental benefits that are available. AIL offers the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA). The FNA gives a detailed overview of your clients current financial situation and suggests a personalized strategy for selecting a policy that best matches their financial situation. The FNA is complimentary, confidential and customized for every family that AIL serves. If you don't have any financial background don't worry we provide all the necessary trainings. It has been noticed that many of our successful associate came from hotel/hospitality backgrounds. First year compensation ranges from $50,000-$80,000. All you need to bring to us is a desire to succeed, and the motivation to make it happen. Training will be provided at every step of your career with unlimited income potential.
